It’s been a long, long, long weekend. Today, after making bath salts for the birthday party today and wrapping the presents and getting Lucy dressed up in her princessy dressy dress and braiding a ribbon into her hair, I sat on the couch and watched various CSIs for 3 hours. And it was wonderful.
I’m really looking forward to tomorrow, when I can get back on track with my various projects. I made a bunch of lists today while waiting for diapers to finish in the washer of things I want to do this week. In order to keep myself from trying to do everything at once, each list is broken down into 4 (or 5 if one is a quick item) tasks to be accomplished in a day. The idea is to tick off any 4 things in a day and then be done with it until the next day. We’ll see if it works.
Tomorrow I’m planning on finishing up the things I have started–the last junk drawer and Lucy’s closet, plus the last seeds that need planted.
